I have 375+ flights with a stock rudder with no problems,but Idon't use the rudder that much during flights.I also have the TF Zero which has about the same rudder design.It flys well too.

Several guys at my field have had this problem....

Several guys at my field have had this problem. Got no help from MFG. They finally ordered a Bennett muffler for about $40. There is a thread about it under gas engines.

So you are letting gravity open the doors along with the gear? Where are the springs connected?

3D, please show pics of your gear door mechanism.I've struggled with mine but i'm getting close. If anyone else has a good working gear door system.pics would be great!!

I have the same problem... when I click to enlarge it just moves to the right and stays the same size. Anyone know why?

The cowl appears to fit tight against the nose. Is there enough air movement for cooling?

Warbirdman, I suggest that you put safety wires on those muffler bolts. I could not keep this set up tight on my TF P40 until I added those wires. Mine was with DLE55 and J-tec, not G62
