Default HobbyKing Recievers

I've just come across the hobbyking brands of Futaba fasst compatible receivers. they are less than half the price of the Futaba receivers. Anybody had any real experience? I'm well aware that you get what you pay for, so please, actual experience with these receivers is what I'm asking about.

I bought 3 of the 8 channel orange receivers. They are full range receivers. Shipping was quick from the HobbyKing Arkansas warehouse. I put them in small electric planes. I am using them with a Futaba 10C fasst transmitter. I haven't flown them much but I have not had any problems with them.

For FASST compatible receivers.you can't beat the FrSky Futaba compatible receievers.
Check them out at Aloft Hobbies in California. Great service and much cheaper shipping than HK.

I use FrSky from Aloft Hobbies for my Hitec because thats about my only option . A have a number of friends that use the Orange Rx's in everything small to very large, no problems! I am under the impression many of these items come from the same place in a different wrapper?

In any rate I would not hesitate in using them.

I've been using them with my 8TFG Super. I haven't had an issue in the four years that I have had them in my planes. I have them in a Contender, Sig Somethin Extra, Hog Bipe, Astrohog and two gassers (one with a US41 in a 1/3 Sig Spacewalker and a magneto G-23 in a PT-19).
