i balanced mine at 280. Flew 2 flights and it was much too sensitive on the elevator

changed it to 270 and its much better now

Next, all wood parts - electronic trays, valves - were schemed, glassed and painted. Dark gray + matt white.
The powerbox has to be at the bottom of the cockpit, so a box was vuile for it.
