The faster you went in the dive just added more...

The faster you went in the dive just added more resistance against the servo trying to move the stab. Up trim for the stab with full flaps in addition to the elevator trim tab may have been too much....

You say you have a full moving stab. If so the pictures show the trailing edge elevator in an up position with full flaps. The up elevator in the picture shows would be acting as an anti balance tab...
