P51 progress

The wing is done and covered. The fuse is done and am final sanding for covering. Still working on exhaust manifold. Thanks for asking.

thanks for the replies all but I want to build one for electric. The plans call for the plane to weigh 16.5 lbs, which is not feasible.
I'm shooting for 21.5 lbs. and the motor I'm looking at will...

Has any old-timer flew a Nosen P51 with the geared .60 motor combo. If so, what size prop and how many RPMS did it turn. Thanks
