I posted this pic on the other thread about this ARF. I figured i might as well post it here also. This is the retractable tailwheel available from Earl Aune.

Wish I had seen it before I ordered the Robart unit. Might be putting the Robart up for sale, I'll have to see what the Earl Aune one looks like, and how it will hold up in the long run. :)

I just ordered the retractable tail wheel from Earl Aune,(ad in MAN magazine I think) really looks nice in the photos. Should be here in a few days I'll keep you all informed, :D

Glad I found this thread. I' like the mod for the tail wheel, the stock Robart sits too low!
