Last year we had a 20x40 vendor tent next to the pavilion on the grill side! If possible we’d like the same!
Do we need to reserve non-powered RV spots?

Tent reservation
Could you please let me know if George Brod and Jerry Guarch have tents reserved under their names? If yes what size and how many you have under their names. Also please let me know how many and size under my name. We are in the same group and we don't want to have a double reservation.

We have now reached our limit on tent reservations. I need to here from Andy Andrews on tent size A.S.A.P! Andy you had a 30x30 tent last time is that what you want this year?

1. Me, Roberto Zelaya, I only reserved one (1) 30x30 tent with side for all 4 sides.
It is RAMON ZUBIRA, who is asking for his tent and for George or Jerry.
Maybe the confusion it is because we have the same initials.
Please I kindly request your help if I can have confirmation that my tent (30x30) has been reserved per my request of 07-27-2019.

As per our conversation a couple nights ago, I should have the following reservation under my name:
2 tents 30x30 (they should be placed together)
2 sets of sides (all 4 sides of each) for each tent
1 RV space no hookup. We will be arriving on tuesday. Victor Diaz is helping us receive the RV because it is rented.
We will be sharing the tents with the following pilots who are all registered:
Jimmy Safie
George Brod
Carlos Anaya
Pablo Cano
Jerry Guarch
Ramon Dezubiria
